EduMed Terms & Conditions
By engaging the services of EduMed Educational Services, the Student agrees to the following:
1. Client Cooperation
The Student agrees to comply with all administrative procedures and workflows required by EduMed.
2. Scope of Services
EduMed provides educational advisory and placement services to the best of its professional ability, subject to the Student’s compliance with all requirements and timely document submission.
3. Travel and Logistics
The Student is responsible for obtaining visas and arranging travel. EduMed may assist upon request as a supplementary service, subject to regulations.
4. Financial Agreement
All fees and payment schedules are defined in a separate customized agreement based on the Student’s needs.
5. Compliance with Laws
The Student must comply with all applicable laws and institutional regulations. EduMed bears no liability for non-compliance.
6. Educational Placement Disclaimer
EduMed exercises due diligence in advising on institutions; however, final verification of accreditation and suitability remains the Student’s responsibility.
